What was the Director of Public Health - Tasmania- doing at this meeting?
Was he trying to protect health for Tasmanians, seeing the lie of the land, covering his or his Dept tracks?
What was going on here?
Is this how health decisions are made- barter this for that but whose health is it anyway?
Is this why smoking, alcohol and all self-indulgent behaviour is said to be the cause for Tasmanian’s poor health?
And what is the current take on this in the light of the forestry hysteria that they might have to grow trees without triazines? Sorry, not hysteria; more a “I-will-go-and-selfharm-if-you take-away-my-triazines” approach. Go do it, plantation babes, blackmail should never be seen to work for rebellious adolescents; where would it stop?  Wow… Really??
