Advertised in the Oz recently , under Public Notices, I came across a notice from Dept Env etc stating that there is to be a review of the EPBC Act. Members of the public can make written submissions by 19 December 2008.  Given that this is Act has badly let down the people of the Tamar Valley and Tasmania in general, I thought that as many as possible would want to know that this review is occuring so they can make suggestions to improve this pathetic piece of legislation.
