Firstly I’d like to thank my Tassie friends for your support. This article has afforded a lot of emails in support of what I’m doing.
Let’s have a quick look at some statistics for a minute …
1. Tasmania Times is the only Australian MEDIA to put this story up apart from the great Independent Australia webpage.
2. Radio interviews in the United States and Europe have had me as guest for over 9 hours of airtime over this issue.
3. A media release went to EVERY Australian network, radio, newspaper and yet the only media outlet that attended my court case (which was on the same day in the same building as Tony Mockbel’s case) was a reporter from the Age.
4. thehumanracefilm.com has had over 500,000 hits from all over the planet in a little over 40 days. Over 200,000 of those came after my court hearing in 3 days.
5. The National Australia Bank are the main sponsor for the Australian National Press Club.
6. I was threatened while sitting at the bar of the court as the legal entity defending the case and yet head of court security was given a message from the lawyers representing the NAB from SYDNEY (case was in Melbourne) to ruffle my feathers, yet nothing was done. NOTHING!
7. I was then accused of writing a letter to the judge that I did not write. Why wasn’t the Plaintiff accused of the same thing. It seems logical that they would write it to attempt to show me as someone i’m not.
8. The person who the Bank are relying on in evidence works in an automatic teller machine in the city of Melbourne. Yes, an ATM machine. She is also not identified as a real person or infact any information about her online can’t be found… not even on Linkedin. Yet the Bank have submitted her affidavit as the one they are relying on.
It seems to me that the people of Tasmania are a little wiser to the fact that the mainland is a bit weird. It must be the fresh air you guys get. 🙂
Early in the week pre-hearing I also had a phone call threatening me stating I wouldn’t make it through the front doors of the court. Now why on earth would a normal person NOT want me to skin the banks alive. It has to be someone from the bank or the dirty work of the lawyers.
Why is it that the NAB would hack my site (it was tracked) and download the entire site onto their harddrive to find private information…..
Why did the NAB plant a “FRIEND” on facebook to gather evidence to me and my friends on a PRIVATE FACEBOOK SITE. Again I tracked them and can pinpoint the exact computer doing it (obviously the banks computers have login details which will be subpoenaed.
Why is it that we still live in a society where we fear the consequences of standing up for our rights.
So, for all those who have sent your support, thank you. I am in this fight for all of us. I will win this fight and they know it. I have the evidence of their fraud and will present it in court.
In the meantime, as most of you know I am documenting this in my second Documentary Feature “The Human Race Film”. A lot of you saw SALUTE about my famous uncle who stood up for black rights at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. Now I need your help. Due to the fact that my ONLY option was to fight the bank on my own I’ve had to sell a lot of gear to keep my four kids fed and in school. I am raising $25,000 to get the proper equipment back to guarantee a theatrical cinema release of this film Worldwide.

Companies who see the potential in 500,000 visits in only 40 days will also see the benefit of standing up for society. I need help.
