For gods’ sake would you AFL and Rugby League obsessed Gerard Whatever, Caroline ..., and Jacqueline ... and some woolly-headed bloke get over your obsessions and recognise that there are other sports in the world.

The world’s greatest sporting event has just started ... and barely a mention of Le Tour. Just endless, boring, adulatory obsession with AFL, Rugby League, an intro by Gerard ...  describing the Ashes as the greatest sporting clash, like, ever;  a brief mention of Lote Tuguiri and a cursory ref to the Williams sisters. Last week the same boring 1950s diet: typified by the fact that there was no mention for petrolheads of Casey Stoner’s third placing in the MotoGP world championship, run just a few hours before.

Get over it ... it’s no longer all about footy and cricket. God!
