Update —  since Mr Hine is re-instated (if he ever was uninstalled) as Acting Commissioner the cartoon has to be altered,  replacing one of the two heads — on the one head, with that of Mr Hine.

Also, is he paid at the same rate as the Commissioner? If so, it’s still one head for the price of two, or should that read two heads in one head for the price of two.

This is all getting a bit heady for me.
