I would urge you Ben, if you haven’t already and anyone else for that matter to read from pages 52-75 of the Legislative council select committees interim report on Public Sector Appointments. It answers many of Ben’s questions. To my mind it is a damning indictment of the former Premier. Indeed, as a result,  the Legislative council were to make a decision by September 2009 on whether to refer Mr Lennon to a priveleges committee.
