The cost financially , and that in human lives , of the conflict in Afghanistan has become intolerable , most especially   with an enemy who are prepared to commit suicide ! for their cause.
             
              With today’s surveillance expertise ,where it is possible to read a newspaper over ones shoulder via space satellite’s ! it seems logical to suspend hostilities and form a BLANKET EMBARGO on these rogue states , following up with FURTHER EMBARGO’S on ANY country willing to trade with them !  which now could be monitored by the above mentioned surveillance expertise.
              Of course an action such as this would have dire consequences on the civilian population , however this would be short term and let’s face it !  could their conditions be any worse ?  most especially in the case of women.
              The experts are saying that we may still be fighting this battle in another 20——30 years and with the blind passion and fervour that come’s from religious based idealism as this ,  that statement is most likely fact !  and it ‘s about time the UNITED NATIONS got off their collective a————s and nailed the problem with some 2009 strategy.
              Yes !  the cost would be high, however there is no way it would be as high as it presently is ! also it would bring an end to such hostilities in a very short time compared to that which is at present stated.
