For those who love landscape photography, Tourism Australia recently had a promotion for individual submissions – of “everyday people’s photos” – per State (the “There’s nothing like…” campaign).
There are some awesome photos on this site. While there are some familiar themes, there are some that are quite extraordinary (eg, # 8641). You might like to check out your own State, but I am biased, of course:

I submitted a photo, of an Tasmanian Aboriginal women sealers’ beach bunker from the Bay of Fires – # 26774.
I acknowledge it’s nothing compared to those magic moments photographed with nature, and specifically Tassie’s natural biodiversity, but it is a poignant reminder of those who have been lost to us, nonetheless. I wanted to submit a record and reminder of them, for that reason alone.
