MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT APPEAL – SAEED DEZFOULI

The Attorney General and Mental Health Review Tribunal’s motion to strike out Mr Saeed Dezfouli’s appeal against his treatment, comes before the Supreme Court this morning.

It is before Justice Peter Johnson in the Supreme Court 10D at 10am. Attorney General/Dezfouli v Mental Health Review Tribunal and Anor: 2010/62963

It is the first challenge to patients’ treatment under the new Mental Health legislation.
